Single day charters are booked by the hour with a 5 hour minimum and typically run $750 to $2,200. One way local trips start at $500, and multi day charters start at $2,500 and up. Your final price depends on the date, hours and distance. Student and military discounts are available for private bookings. For example, a college student or a veteran booking their own trip can ask about a discount. Discounts do not apply to contract work or trips booked by an institution, such as a university, school or military unit. Call 407 491 6776 or request a free quote.

Your quote includes the driver and fuel. Tolls and driver accommodations are included when needed. Driver gratuity is not included.

When we know the parking cost at booking, it is included in your quote. For example, Disney parking is about $40 per day and Universal parking is about $42 per day. If the cost cannot be known at booking, such as a stadium or event venue, parking is paid on site.

Every Maze motor coach seats 57 passengers.

January through June is consistently our busiest period. Holiday weekends and special events keep the rest of the year busy. Off peak dates usually have the lowest rates, so booking early and traveling off peak is the best way to save.

A 10% non refundable deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before your service.

Cancel 8 or more days before your service for a full refund minus the deposit. Cancel 3 to 7 days before and the deposit is not refunded, but 75% of the balance you paid is refunded. Cancel 2 days or less before your service and there is no refund.

No eating or drinking is allowed on the coaches. A $250 per bus cleanup fee applies if excessive cleaning is needed, and the client is responsible for any damage.
